Responsibilities:
- Perform various remodeling tasks including framing carpentry, drywall installation, and concrete forming.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate execution of remodeling projects.
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute remodeling projects.
- Restore and build structures according to project specifications.
- Conduct inspections to identify and address any issues or defects.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines.
Experience:
- Proven experience in remodeling, hardscape, or related field.
- Proficiency in frame carpentry, drywall installation, and concrete forming.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
- Familiarity with a variety of hand tools and power tools used in remodeling projects.
- Knowledge of masonry techniques is a plus.
