Job Description:
Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Scheduled/Preventative Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing scheduled and preventative maintenance on a variety of restaurant equipment. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled maintenance on restaurant equipment, including grills, fryers, and ice cream machines.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently and to prevent breakdowns.
- Inspect and test equipment to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Assist senior technicians with repairs and troubleshooting as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to provide updates on maintenance activities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
