Job Summary
Join our caring team as a Resident Assistant in our memory care community! You’ll provide daily support to residents living with memory challenges, helping them stay safe, comfortable, and engaged. This is a hands-on, rewarding role where you make a real difference in the lives of seniors every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including meals, hygiene, mobility, and medication administration
- Prepare and serve resident meals as scheduled
- Support residents with memory challenges in a patient, compassionate, and respectful manner
- Observe and report changes in residents’ health or behavior to the care team
- Encourage social interaction, participation in activities, and overall well-being
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Follow all facility policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
Required:
- Compassion, patience, and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
- Ability to lift or assist residents as needed (training provided)
- Ability to speak, write, and read in English
Preferred:
- Experience in caregiving, healthcare, or senior living
- CNA certification or willingness to pursue

Compensation
- Starting pay: $18–$22/hour depending on experience
