As a Licensed Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding service, ensuring policy accuracy, building long-term relationships, and supporting clients with their evolving insurance needs.
This is a fast-paced, people-first role ideal for someone who’s organized, proactive, and ready to be a trusted resource for our clients.
What You'll Do
- Onboard and Support Clients: Welcome new clients, walk them through policy setup, explain coverages, and verify billing or inspection needs.
- Manage Policy Changes and Renewals: Assist clients with updates, review rate increases, and present options like bundling or deductible adjustments to save money.
- Strengthen Client Relationships: Provide value with every interaction—ask for reviews, referrals, and uncover opportunities to cross-sell other products like life, Medicare, or business insurance.
- Retention and Problem Solving: Help resolve cancellation concerns by comparing coverage options and identifying ways to retain clients through improved solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- Required: Active California Property & Casualty License
- Preferred: Previous insurance or customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using Zoom, CRM tools, and texting platforms
- Organized, dependable, and committed to delivering excellent client care
