Responsibilities
· Supervise kitchen staff and daily operations during prep and service
· Assist the Executive Chef with menu development and recipe testing
· Train and mentor line cooks and prep staff
· Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost control
· Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety compliance
· Foster teamwork and professionalism in the kitchen

Qualifications
· 3+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or senior line cook
· Solid background kitchen management
· Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
· Knowledge of ordering, inventory, and cost control systems
· Positive attitude and ability to thrive under pressure
· Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
