In this role, you will be responsible for executing specific electrical installations and service tasks. The ideal partner is someone who excels at following established routines, adheres strictly to safety procedures, and takes ownership of every job from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and diagnostic tasks according to project plans and communication.
- Strictly follow established company routines, installation procedures, and safety protocols to ensure quality control.
- Troubleshoot, repair, or upgrade existing electrical systems efficiently.
- Maintain clear communication regarding project timelines and completion status.
- Maintain excellent customer service and rapport.
- Leave every job site clean, safe, and professional.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience as a licensed/certified Electrical Contractor in the state of Connecticut.
- Business Setup: Must operate as an independent business entity (EIN, business license, and active liability insurance/workers' comp documentation required).
- Equipment: Must provide your own reliable work van/truck and a comprehensive set of tools required for standard electrical work.
- Work Ethic: Strong ability to precisely follow established workflows including job completion call-ins, technical checklists, and manufacturer procedures.
- Dependability: Excellent time-management skills and a reputation for showing up on schedule.

Schedule: Flexible / Project-based

Pay: $500.00 - $3,000.00 per week
License/Certification:
