Job Summary

Duties
- Perform thorough interior and exterior cleaning of rental vehicles, including vacuuming, dusting, and wiping down surfaces
- Conduct car washes, including hand washing or using automated systems, ensuring vehicles are spotless and presentable
- Maintain cleanliness of the facility by performing janitorial tasks like sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and sanitizing work areas
- Assist with vehicle inspections to identify any damages or maintenance needs before rentals are issued
- Support driving duties when needed for vehicle transfers or repositioning within the lot
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries about vehicle conditions and ensuring a positive experience
- Taking before / after pictures of vehicles at the beginning and end of the trips
Experience
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
