Caldwell Manufacturing is a contract manufacturer with a variety of CNC Lathes, Mills and Swiss machines. We are looking for Production workers to run CNC lathes and mills. Candidate should possess a mechanical aptitude and a good attendance record for this second shift position M-F. We will train the right person.
We are currently looking to fill openings for machine operators at our Lockhart facility.
Please review Requirements:
- Must be able to understand engineering/production documents
- Monitor production to insure it meets specifications using calipers, thread and pin gauges.
- Must be able to operate hand and power tools
- Good problem solving skills (Do you think outside the box when challenged?)
- Follow all safety rules and regulations
- Be a team player (Do you respect and get along with others?)
- Good attitude
- Attention to detail (_This is very important)_
- Stable work history (_do you arrive early or on time for your current job? Do you show up every day? Do you have a solid work history?)_
- Neat, Clean and Organized
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to stand for the entire 8 hour shift and lift up to 50 lbs
- Wear provided Personal Protection Equipment the job requires

- This is a full-time, hourly position
Monday - Friday Second Shift 3:30 p.m.- 11:30 p.m.
