LPN – Homecare Nurse – Holyoke, MA Area
Pay: $38–$42/hr DOE + $1/hr Night & Weekend Differential

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one homecare services for pediatric and adult patients throughout the Holyoke, MA area. Whether you're an experienced nurse or new to homecare, Maxim provides the training and support needed to succeed.
New graduates are encouraged to apply. No previous homecare experience is required.
Position Highlights
Flexible scheduling with day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available

Responsibilities
Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Performs focused interviews to identify specific patient needs.
Assesses signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
Administers medications and treatments as ordered.
Documents patient care accurately and timely.
Provides quality one-on-one nursing care in the home setting.
Performs other LPN duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Massachusetts.
Current Health Certificate (per facility requirements).
Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
Current BLS certification.
Homecare experience preferred but not required.
