We are looking for friendly, dependable, and energetic Cinnabon Team Members to join our team! Team Members help create a great guest experience by providing excellent customer service, preparing fresh Cinnabon products, maintaining a clean and welcoming store, and working together as a team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve Cinnabon products according to company standards
- Operate the cash register and handle customer payments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Restock ingredients, supplies, and merchandise as needed
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness procedures
- Work effectively with coworkers during busy periods
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic customer concerns professionally
- Follow all company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Previous food service or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform basic physical tasks required in a food-service environment
