The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading a regional engineering division, including revenue, staffing, and operations.

Oversee regional engineering operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and project requirements

Manage project backlog, staffing plans, and resource allocation to support operational efficiency and growth

Drive financial performance, including revenue, profitability, and cost control across engineering projects

Lead major engineering and marine projects, providing oversight and strategic direction

Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a senior point of contact

Coordinate with the Vice President on regional strategy, business development, and operational planning

Ensure quality control and adherence to delivery standards across all engineering work
Requirements:
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (PE required).

10–15 years’ experience in engineering leadership.

Proven ability to manage teams and revenue.

Strong business and operational acumen.

Schedule

Primarily Monday through Friday during standard business hours
