We are seeking enthusiastic and friendly Ice Cream Scoopers to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while serving delicious ice cream treats. You will create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring they have a delightful experience every time they visit. Responsibilities
- Serve ice cream and other frozen treats to customers with a smile.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the service area and equipment.
- Help customers with their selections, providing recommendations when needed.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as necessary.
- Ensure that all health and safety guidelines are followed.
- Engage with customers to create a friendly atmosphere and encourage repeat visits.
Skills
- Strong sanitation practices to maintain a clean work environment.
- Ability to help customers with their orders and provide excellent service.
- Sales skills to promote special offers or new flavors effectively.
- Culinary knowledge related to ice cream preparation and presentation is a plus.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
- Time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
- Familiarity with retail math concepts for inventory management is beneficial.
- Experience in cash handling, particularly in quick-service or fast food restaurant settings, is preferred.
