About the Opportunity
We are hiring Technical Support Representatives to join a new in-office team in San Marcos, TX. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy helping others, prefer a structured office environment, and are looking for a steady, full-time position with competitive pay.
This is not a remote or hybrid role — candidates must be able to work on-site daily.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist clients with questions related to their accounts or services
- Provide clear, professional, and accurate support
- Follow established procedures and document interactions as required
- Work as part of a collaborative, fast-paced office team
