Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology
- School-based experience preferred, especially with K-12 students
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques for diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with families and staff
- Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services within school settings
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with policies and compliance standards
- Monitor progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed
- Offer guidance and resources to caregivers and educators to support student growth
