Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Rep (Call Center) for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Oxnard, CA.
As a Customer Service Rep, you will serve as a primary point of contact for prospective and existing customers, providing professional communication, timely follow-up, account support, and assistance with order and shipment-related questions. This position offers the opportunity to join a positive, team-oriented environment built on respect, collaboration, kindness, and strong customer care.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, requests, concerns, and service needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers through personalized communication and follow-up.
- Make approximately 25 outbound calls per day to engage prospects, support customers, and assist with sales-related initiatives.
- Maintain accurate customer account records using Salesforce, QuickBooks, and ShipStation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support order processing, shipment communications, carrier claims, and a seamless customer experience.
- Assist with special projects, trade show support, and additional administrative or customer support duties as assigned.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $50,000 to $55,000 per year.
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Flexibility may be needed to support weekend trade show events.
