Elite Athletic Gear is a fast-growing sports brand with a social audience of more than 400,000+ followers. We are looking for a highly creative, fast-moving Social Media & Creator Partnerships Manager who understands short-form content, social trends, UGC, and what it takes to consistently produce content at volume.
This is not a traditional social media coordinator role. We need someone who can generate ideas quickly, film and edit native short-form content, confidently speak on camera, post consistently, and help grow a strong network of athletes, parents, influencers, and content creators.
The ideal candidate lives and breathes social media, understands what is currently working on TikTok and Instagram Reels, and can turn trends into content that feels natural for our brand and audience.
Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day content strategy for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other short-form platforms
- Create, film, edit, and publish high-volume short-form content
- Stay ahead of platform trends, sounds, hooks, formats, and cultural moments
- Be comfortable appearing on camera and speaking directly to the audience
- Develop content featuring products, athletes, employees, warehouse operations, customers, and behind-the-scenes moments
- Repurpose professional photos and video footage into platform-native social content
- Build and manage a consistent social media content calendar
- Recruit and develop a large network of creators for UGC, whitelisting, TikTok Shop, and social proof
- Write creator briefs and communicate clearly with creators
- Track creator outreach, content delivery, performance, and partnership opportunities
- Identify strong-performing organic content that can be used for paid advertising
- Monitor performance and adjust content based on watch time, engagement, clicks, and sales
- Work closely with our graphic designer, photographer/videographer, media-buying team, and company leadership
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience creating short-form social media content at volume
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, UGC, and current social trends
- Extremely comfortable speaking and performing on camera
- Ability to film and edit content independently
- Strong hook-writing, storytelling, and creative-concept skills
- Experience managing social accounts for a brand, business, creator, or agency
- Ability to move quickly without waiting for perfect production conditions
- Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects at once
- Portfolio or examples of content personally created and managed
- Sports, fitness, youth athletics, or lifestyle-brand experience is preferred
- Experience building or managing a network of creators is a major advantage
- TikTok Shop, influencer outreach, whitelisting, or affiliate-program experience is a major advantage

Pay: $50,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
