Where it goes:
This job starts part time, but it does not stay small. You come in assisting and learning. You work up to rigging boats on your own. As the skills come, the hours go up, the pay goes up, and so does what you get trusted with. There is a full time seat here for whoever earns it. We are also working with local partners to stand up a marine apprenticeship program, and this is the position we would roll into it.
