Construction Superintendent – Ground-Up Commercial
About the Role:
We are a leading commercial general contractor specializing in ground-up self-storage facilities. We’re seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee all on-site operations for large-scale commercial projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily site activities and subcontractor performance.
- Maintain project schedule, safety standards, and quality control.
- Lead coordination meetings with field staff and project teams.
- Oversee site logistics, inspections, and documentation.
- Resolve field conflicts and ensure compliance with plans, specs, and codes.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to meet budget and timeline goals.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of commercial construction experience; 5+ years in a superintendent role.
- Proven success leading ground-up commercial projects ($10M+).
- Strong leadership, scheduling, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft, etc.
- OSHA 30 certification required.
