At Southeastern Integrated Care (SEIC), our mission is “to improve the lives we serve with comprehensive integrated health services, not bound by convention.” We are seeking Part-time Residential Support Staff overnight on Saturday and Sunday on our team to support our adult residential facility.
Your impact on the team’s mission
The Residential Support Staff (RSS) plays a pivotal role in our adult residential home where we care for individuals with MH/IDD/SU diagnosis. The RSS provides direct client care and assists the team with providing individualized approaches to wellness and recovery including natural support, coping and self-advocacy skills and development of independent living skills.
Some of the other daily activities you would do as the RSS are:

Shopping and meal preparation and general housekeeping of the residence.

Taking vital signs, observing medication administration and documentation.

Transporting residents to appointments and outings.

Sensitivity to the needs of individuals with MH/SA/IDD concerns is necessary.

High school diploma or GED is required.

Six months’ experience preferred.
