Blue Grillhouse, the Lehigh Valley’s premier high volume - fast paced steakhouse, has an immediate opening for an experienced Line Cook.

Successful candidates will meet the following requirements:
- One-year experience as a prep cook in a fine dining restaurant is a plus.
- Available to work any shift, weekends and holidays included.
- Knowledge of pasta, grill and/or sauté stations is a plus.
- Ability to lift objects up to 40 pounds frequently.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Great teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to take direction and show initiative.
- Must be 18 years of age.
Responsibilities also include but are not limited to: Report to the executive chef, following provided instructions, ensure inventory is stocked and prep stations and kitchen are set up, cleaned and sanitized for shifts. Prep high quality food (chop vegetables, cut meat, prep sauces…etc.), plating dishes according to a restaurant menu and cooking menu items with the support of the kitchen staff.
Compensation is based on experience | Biweekly pay
