Inspire confidence, discipline, and focus through the power of martial arts!EASE – Excellence After School Emporium is seeking a dedicated Martial Arts Instructor to lead engaging and age-appropriate after-school programs for preschool through middle school students at private schools in Miami.
What You’ll Do
- Teach foundational martial arts techniques to PreK students in a fun, encouraging setting.
- Plan lessons that build coordination, confidence, and discipline over time.
- Lead warm-ups, drills, and games to promote physical fitness and teamwork.
- Emphasize respect, perseverance, and safety in every class.
- Monitor student progress and provide positive, constructive feedback.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
- Martial arts training or certification (karate, taekwondo, jiu-jitsu, etc.).
- Experience working with children in an instructional or coaching role.
- Ability to manage group dynamics and maintain a structured class environment.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Available after school (typically between 3:00–5:00 PM on weekdays).
Bonus Skills (Not Required)
- Background in youth fitness or physical education.
- Ability to teach multiple age levels (preschool, elementary, middle).
- First Aid/CPR certification.
