Job Description
The Retail Business Analyst supports the Retail organization through reporting, analysis, communication, and operational execution. This role serves as a key liaison between Retail Stores and cross-functional partners, providing data-driven insights that support business decisions while ensuring stores receive accurate , timely , and actionable information.
The Retail Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business performance, identifying trends and opportunities, supporting retail initiatives, and coordinating communication relat ed to promotions , s ystems, inventory optimization, operational processes, and field execution. This position plays a critical role in supporting the success of the retail fleet.
Business Analysis & Reporting
Analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal retail performance metrics, including sales, traffic, conversion, payroll, inventory, and customer trends.
Retail Operations Support
Partner with cross-functional teams to support retail initiatives, promotions, product launches, and operational rollouts.
Project Management & Process Improvement
Build strong partnerships with District Managers, Area Managers, Store Managers, and corporate teams.
Coordinate communication of promotions, pricing changes, operational updates, training materials, and key business initiatives.
Qualifications for the Position
A four-year degree and minimum 5 years’ experience in a Lilly Pulitzer Retail store is preferred

This position is required to maintain a structured hybrid work schedule based out of King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, a suburb of Philadelphia. This hybrid schedule, which includes work done in the King of Prussia Office as well as your Home Office will be determined by your supervisor.
