Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Non Alcoholic Purchaser/Pricing specialist to join our procurement team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing procurement activities related to non-alcoholic products and ingredients, ensuring optimal pricing and supply chain efficiency. Your expertise will help drive cost savings, strengthen supplier relationships, and support manufacturing and production processes through strategic sourcing and contract management. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for non-alcoholic brands in alignment with company goals.
- Conduct contract negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, delivery schedules, and quality standards.
- Manage procurement processes using ERP systems to ensure timely purchase order creation, tracking, and delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality assurance, logistics, and supply chain management to optimize inventory levels through Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems.
- Analyze market trends, pricing fluctuations, and category data to identify sourcing opportunities that enhance cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, federal acquisition regulations (FAR), and contractual obligations while maintaining transparency in all negotiations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in procurement management within manufacturing or supply chain environments.
- Familiarity with supply chain processes including logistics, materials management, production planning, and quality management.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis for supply disruptions or quality issues; adept at problem-solving under pressure.
- Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR) is a plus; understanding of category management principles is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build strong supplier partnerships.
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
