Job Summary:
As a Baker at Tobies you will play a crucial role in our bakery department. You will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods while adhering to high-quality standards. Your attention to detail and passion for baking will contribute to the success of our bakery operations.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize culinary skills to prepare and bake a wide range of bakery items such as bread, pastries, and desserts
- Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery of baked goods
- Operate kitchen equipment including mixers, ovens, and proofing cabinets with precision
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with food safety regulations
Experience desired but not required:
- Attention to detail and precision in measuring ingredients for recipes
- Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a focus on quality and efficiency
Requirements:
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. All employees may be scheduled to work evenings and weekends.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well independently, and within a team environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
