What You'll Do
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you'll lead a team of 5–7 employees during your shift, ensuring smooth operations, outstanding customer service, and food quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team including cashiers, servers, line cooks, prep cooks, and sanitation staff
- Create a positive, respectful, and team-focused work environment
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through friendly, prompt, and professional service
- Ensure food is prepared accurately and meets El Pueblo Mex quality standards
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards at all times
- Coach and support team members while providing clear direction throughout the shift
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Operate and oversee POS and cash handling procedures
- Support both Front of House and Back of House operations as needed
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Previous Restaurant Supervisor or Restaurant Management experience
- 3–5 years of restaurant leadership experience
- Ability to work both Front of House and Back of House
- Food Handler Certificate
- Authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Reliable, dependable, and accountable
- Positive attitude with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
