We are a small, dedicated agency providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to young children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our team is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of the children and families we serve.
We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Behavior Technicians (BTs) or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team.
Qualifications:
The minimum of a high school diploma or GED no experience required
Higher pay for additional credentials,:
· Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
· At least 1 year of experience working in ABA
· At least 1 year of experience working with children with special needs
· 2+ years of experience working with children
· College students or graduates in Psychology, Education, or related fields with an interest in ABA and special education

Responsibilities:
· Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy in home and/or center-based settings
· Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
· Collect and record accurate data during therapy sessions
· Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for clients
· Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
