About the Role
At Midwest Roofing, every lead is an opportunity — and this role makes sure none of them slip away. As our Lead Generation Manager, you'll be the first voice many of our customers hear and the engine behind our sales pipeline. You'll own the lead-to-appointment process from first contact to confirmed inspection, turning inbound interest into booked appointments that drive real revenue. It's a high-impact role with a clear path to build and lead a team as the department grows.
Schedule & Location
This is a full-time, on-site position at our Eldon, MO office. Because leads come in around the clock, the schedule includes rotating evenings and weekends — when customers call, we're ready to answer.
What You'll Do
Convert Leads into Appointments
- Own the lead-setting process from first contact through confirmed appointment
- Turn inbound calls, web forms, and online inquiries into qualified inspections
- Follow up quickly and persistently on missed calls and unresponsive leads
- Make sure every lead gets action — nothing falls through the cracks
Drive Revenue & Performance
- Maximize appointment volume and lead-to-appointment conversion rates
- Improve appointment show rates and total sales opportunities generated
- Hit and exceed response-time and conversion targets
Manage the CRM (AccuLynx)
- Keep lead records accurate, complete, and current
- Maintain lead routing and follow-up procedures
- Monitor open opportunities and audit records for quality
Build the Team (as we grow)
- Train and coach new lead setters
- Monitor call quality and raise customer-experience standards
- Set the standard for fast, professional lead response
What You Bring
- Some phone, sales, or customer service experience
- A great phone presence — warm, confident, and genuinely customer-focused
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency
- Cool under pressure, adaptable, and a true team player
- Comfortable learning a CRM (AccuLynx experience a plus)
