Execute panel and border assembly by following established work instructions on industrial equipment: double overcaster, Brother quilter, and serger.

Sew borders to panel cloth; fabricate mattress and box spring borders and covers; overcast both edges of quilter border material rolls.

Interpret production tickets, collect the required materials, and document with operator’s initials.

Operate machines via foot levers and hand controls; move finished covers and manage carts (swap empties for full carts of borders or panels).

Sort, fold, and stack covers, borders, and panels; initial and note the size of gusset on flange.

Perform basic machine upkeep: re-threading and needle changes.

Uphold a clean, orderly workstation and comply with all safety and efficiency standards.

Use a ruler with confidence and complete basic arithmetic, including fractions.
$20.65 per hour

Minimum age 18.

High school diploma or GED.

Previous sewing experience required; background in sewing/textiles on comparable machines preferred.

Comfort with repetitive production tasks and occasional handling of materials up to 50 lbs.
