Responsibilities
· Experience driving a 10-speed, 10-wheeler truck or equivalent – preferably manual transmission
· Be able to read, write, communicate and comprehend the English language
· Must be able to repeatedly lift, push, pull, carry 50 lbs repeatedly
· Must be able to sweep, shovel or wash out truck beds
· Must be able to open and close truck doors
· Ability to work in adverse weather conditions without temperature or other environmental controls
· Ability to work varying schedule, including short notice of reporting to work, long hours, numerous days of work in a row, etc.
· Ability to work quickly with hands
· Ability to walk, stand or sit for long periods of time (>8 hours per day)
· Ability to bend, crawl, stoop, stand, sit, walk, reach, climb without limitations
· Ability to climb on and off equipment and trailers with both hands and feet without limitations
· Ability to tarp and un tarp trucks as needed
Additional Duties
- Perform all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding behavior, vehicle and equipment operation, and safe work practices
- Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections of all equipment every day
- Back up to unloading equipment at cellars and shed
- Operate truck as instructed by management

Requirements
All applicants must have or be able to obtain prior to starting work:
- Current and valid CDL, or current and valid Driver’s License with a Farm Endorsement (or ability to obtain farm endorsement based on previous experience operating 10 speed trucks or equivalent. Employer will conduct drive tests and can provide forms to obtain Farm Endorsement at Oregon DMV dependent on outcome of drive test)
- Current and valid DOT Medical Card demonstrated as by a current medical examiner's certificate if utilizing CDL (Not required with Oregon Farm Endorsement)
- Company does not pay for or reimburse costs for any licenses, medical cards, etc.
- Job offer is contingent on passing a Motor Vehicle Records check
- Must be able to be added to our Company insurance policy
