Experience
- Proven management experience supervising facilities maintenance teams or property management staff in a residential setting
- Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and safety regulations compliance standards
- Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while managing resources effectively
- Experience managing property management software (pms) for scheduling work orders and tracking assets
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear coordination with team members, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders
