Schedule: Monday to Thursday / 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM
Pay Range: $21.00 to $26.00 per hour (based on experience)
Lead with Purpose and Precision
We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Team Lead to support our manufacturing operations in Ozark, AL. This role combines hands-on production work with leadership responsibilities, helping guide the team and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate machinery and perform department-specific tasks as needed.

Provide daily guidance and support to department employees.

Monitor production quality and ensure materials and finished goods meet standards.

Coordinate work assignments and shift resources to meet production goals.

Support on-the-job training and ensure timely completion of training checklists.

Communicate issues to supervisors and maintenance, and help resolve problems on the floor.
Requirements & Skills:

High school diploma or GED.

1+ years of manufacturing experience, including machine operation.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks (bending, climbing, pushing, etc.).

Basic computer skills and data entry skills.

Troubleshooting skills and basic hand tools knowledge.

Ability to work overtime and adapt to changing demands.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting. Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Expect prolonged standing, repetitive movements, and lifting up to 70 lbs. PPE provided.
