We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as In Home Caregivers. As an In Home Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to individuals in need within the comfort of their homes. We offer weekly pay to all of our caregivers.
Job description
Duties
- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior
- Assist clients with mobility and transportation needs
- Follow care plans and ensure the safety and well-being of clients
Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish a huge plus
- Previous experience in caregiving or related fields like assisted living, nursing home, group home, home health, or home care is preferred
- CPR certification required/Fingerprint Card
- Experience working with people with disabilities is advantageous
- Ability to provide patient observation and respond effectively to emergencies
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor
- Ability to cook nutritious meals for clients
