Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have a strong background in the food industry. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable dining experience through attentive service and expert knowledge of our menu offerings.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
- Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, to assist guests in their selections.
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
- Assist with cashiering duties, including handling cash transactions accurately.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining setting is required, with a strong understanding of food service operations.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar systems is highly desirable.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and requests simultaneously.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.

Pay
Restaurant open hours Wed - Sun 11:30 am - 10 pm
Weekends are required for all employees.

Wage $10.98 + tip
(Our current servers average $20+ an hour)
