Packaging Associate & Delivery
Happy Cabbage Farms is looking for self-motivated and professional individuals to join our Packaging & Delivery team! Seeking those with strong customer service and communication skills as well as the ability to regularly drive long distances. To succeed, you should be polite and prompt with a commitment to providing our clients with an excellent experience all while staying compliant with OLCC rules. You should be thorough in ensuring orders are properly fulfilled, committed to work safety, and passionate about satisfying clients.

Happy Cabbage is an Oregon licensed recreational marijuana producer and solventless processor. Happy Cabbage established itself in the market in May of 2017. Since then, we have grown into a company that is known for our utmost attention to detail and producing some of the best solventless concentrates around.
Typical job responsibilities include:
- Driving long distances,
- Loading, transporting, and delivering items to businesses in a safe, timely manner.
- Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges/payments are accurate.
- Accepting payments for delivered items.
- Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.
- Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
- Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a clean, safe driving record.
- Managing all paperwork related to the job function including invoices, manifests, net payments, etc.
- Under close or general supervision of the Team Manager, weigh out/gram product.
- Work is of repetitive nature (folding boxes, stickering product, gramming, quality checks, etc.) and involves constant use of fine motor skills.
- OLCC worker permit is required
- Valid driver’s license is required
- Reliable transportation required to/from work. Company vehicles are used for delivery.
- Delivery and transporting OLCC products experience preferred
Compensation: Starting at $16 / hour, DOE.
Health benefits available after three month probationary period.
