Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Health Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in sales strategy planning, product pricing, market research, sales proposals, and budgeting. They will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic sales plans, and fostering long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and assess customer needs.
Create and deliver persuasive sales proposals and presentations tailored to potential clients.
Manage and optimize product pricing to remain competitive while maximizing profitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with marketing and public relations teams to enhance brand presence.
Utilize data analytics to track performance, generate reports, and inform strategic decisions.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue objectives.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation for new customers.
Prepare and manage budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficient sales operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment, such as Microsoft Educational Products
Strong knowledge of marketing, public relations, sales strategy planning, product pricing, and market research.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales proposals and budgeting plans.
Excellent teamwork, organization, and communication skills.
Strong analytical mindset with expertise in data reporting and sales analytics.
Adaptability to evolving market trends and company goals.
Leadership skills to inspire and motivate team members.
A positive outlook and goal-driven approach to achieving targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
