Job Overview
Hugo's pizza is Lapeer is seeking a Full-time or Part-timer cook. Experience is a plus but but not necessary. We are willing to train the right candidate. Must be 18 years of age or older. Pay is based on level of experience and will be discussed at the interview.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble a variety of pizza dishes according to established recipes and customer preferences
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled in accordance with food safety standards
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, and knives
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station to meet health and safety regulations
- Serve pizzas promptly while ensuring presentation quality meets company standards
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience in the food industry is preferred but we’re willing to train.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in food service and catering tasks
