Condustrial, Inc. is now hiring a HAAS CNC Machine Operator in Lugoff and Columbia, SC.
We are seeking a skilled HAAS CNC Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and programming CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to produce precision parts and components. Your expertise in machining processes, along with your ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications, will be essential in ensuring the highest quality standards in our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will contribute to our commitment to excellence and innovation in the industry.
Shift: 7a-4p
Pay: $22-$25 (DOE)
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate HAAS CNC lathes and milling machines to fabricate parts according to specifications.
- Use calibers and other measuring devices to measure parts and tools
- Read and Interpret Blueprints
- Inspect materials for proper type, thickness, and grade
- Conduct routine maintenance on CNC equipment and troubleshoot any operational issues that arise.
- Cut and verify parts are within customer specifications and monitor cut quality
- Perform assembly tasks as required, ensuring adherence to quality standards throughout the production process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator
- Must be familiar with HAAS Mill Machines
- Strong mechanical knowledge with a background in manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with SolidWorks, CAD (Computer-Aided Design), and electrical discharge machining is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications accurately.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and tooling for various machining tasks.
