Overview
Join our team as an Asset Recovery Specialist in enforce court ordered Judgments. In this vital role, you will utilize resources such as court records, credit reporting sources, court ordered subpoenas, social media and other resources to locate assets that can be used to enforce the judgments.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of active judgments.
- Call potential employers for verification of employment.
- Prepare subpoenas for past employers and possible banking locations.
- Handle inbound calls from clients, debtors and employers.
- Handle confidential information with integrity, adhering strictly to data privacy standards during all stages of account management.
- We are not a call center. We do not cold call the debtors.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
- Experience handling difficult phone conversations.
- Collections experience a plus but not required.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
