What You’ll Do
- Tackle interior and exterior painting for residential and commercial clients
- Prep surfaces with precision: sanding, patching, caulking, priming
- Apply finishes using brushing, rolling, and spraying techniques
- Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized
- Communicate clearly with teammates and customers
- Deliver consistent, high‑quality results that make clients say “wow”
What You Bring
- Proven professional painting experience
- Strong understanding of paints, finishes, and application methods
- Ability to work independently or with a crew
- Sharp attention to detail and pride in your work
