We are seeking an experienced CNC Router Operator to join a leading manufacturing company that provides high-quality products and solutions for the construction and industrial packaging industries. This is a full-time, first-shift opportunity for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and experienced operating CNC router equipment.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Weekends if needed | 1st Shift
Full-Time, Term- Perm
Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC router machines according to production specifications.

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.

Measure and inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.

Perform machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting.

Load and unload materials safely.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Follow all safety and quality procedures.
Qualifications:

Previous experience operating CNC router machines.

Manufacturing experience required.

Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.

Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
