We are looking for all on site positions for the field. From entry level to field manager.
As an Onsite Trim Out Tech, you will play a crucial role in our operations by:
- Installing various types of trim, including baseboards, crown molding, and decorative millwork.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate installations.
- Collaborating with project managers and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Performing quality checks and troubleshooting issues during the installation process.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored.
- Adhering to safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
**Required Qualifications**
- Proven experience in trim carpentry or a related field.
- Strong understanding of standard carpentry operations and methods.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and perform manual labor as needed.
- Able to take instructions and follow through with punch out items.
**Preferred Skills**
- Familiarity with various types of trim materials and installation techniques.
- Basic knowledge of woodworking tools and equipment.
- Previous experience in residential or commercial construction.
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques to enhance your craft.
