Job Overview:
Expressive Aromas is a bespoke fragrance making studio in McKinney TX. We’re hiring for an outgoing, personable and eager to learn person to join our team. Responsible for various studio managing duties and the position is trainable to become a perfume studio lead.
Main responsibilities include manufacturing and production, inventory tracking and event management, creating social media content & admin duties. You will be helping scent experts to host perfume making classes and eventually training to host your own perfume making classes at our McKinney downtown location of Expressive Aromas.
Available shifts of 10-15 hours per week. Ideal candidate is 21+ looking to find a full time career managing a retail location. Pick your own hours and availability.
Duties:
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Inventory management and restocking activities
- Help in product labeling and manufacturing
- Help in administrative duties including event scheduling and coordination
- Record keeping and documentation maintenance
- Assist customers in finding the right scents and provide exceptional customer service
- Utilize social media platforms to promote products and engage with customers
- Handle transactions using Point of Sale (POS) systems
Qualifications:
- Personable, presentable personality with efficiency and ability to host engaging scent making workshops
- Proficiency in retail math for transactions and inventory management
- Attention to details and excellent organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
