Looking to hire a crew member, not a crew leader. This is an entry level position. We do 70 percent mowing and 30 percent mulch,trimming,leaves,debris etc. We mow only residential lawns. You can start as a crew member and learn and become crew leader/driver. We do work fast,but it is still a laid back environment.
