We are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Market Research & Lead Generation Specialist to identify potential customers and support our sales growth efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Research companies that may require custom packaging products
- Build and maintain prospect databases
- Identify key decision makers and obtain accurate contact information
- Use LinkedIn, Google, industry directories, trade shows, and databases to generate leads
- Qualify leads and prepare prospect lists for the sales team
- Track and organize lead information in CRM systems
- Monitor industry trends and identify emerging market opportunities
- Assist with email campaigns and customer outreach initiatives
- Support sales and management with market intelligence reports
What We're Looking For
- Experience in lead generation, market research, or sales support
- Strong English (required); Mandarin Chinese is a strong plus
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google search operators, and basic CRM tools
- Ability to work independently and hit weekly output targets (# of qualified leads)
Compensation: Hourly or Salary (based on experience)
Pay: From $48,000.00 per year
