Overview

Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media content marketing strategies to increase engagement and brand visibility across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Monitor social listening tools to gather insights on community sentiment, trending topics, and competitor activity to inform content and engagement tactics.
- Manage daily interactions with community members by responding promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster positive relationships.
- Create compelling visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and video editing tools to support campaigns and community initiatives.
- Utilize social media management tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts, track performance metrics, and optimize publishing schedules for maximum impact.
- Implement SEO best practices and keyword research techniques to enhance content discoverability across digital channels.
- Analyze media performance data using Google Analytics and marketing online analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing performance monitoring, or community engagement roles.
- Strong skills in graphic design, photography, video editing, and content writing with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications.
- Familiarity with social listening platforms such as Hootsuite or Buffer for monitoring community sentiment and engagement metrics.
- Knowledge of SEO principles, Google Analytics, web analytics, keyword research, and marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences authentically.
- Ability to craft engaging content tailored for different platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
- Experience in public relations strategies and branding initiatives to elevate community presence.

Pay: $52,958.19 - $62,369.00 per year
