Security Professional - Hotel Patrol
As a Security Officer Patrol Agent in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a premier hotel location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to guests, residents, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a hotel and resort setting.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and/or first responders when needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, hallways, amenities, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.

Monitor access points, common areas, and high-traffic spaces, documenting security-related observations, reporting maintenance or policy concerns, and assisting with visitor direction when appropriate.

Support hotel operations by helping with crowd management, monitoring deliveries and contractor activity, and following post orders related to after-hours access, special events, and/or property rules.
Minimum Requirements:

A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
