144 Unit Savannah Southside Conventional Apartment Communites are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi housing and/or hotel maintenance, with a focus on high-quality maintenance practices and a commitment to ensuring the safety and efficiency of our apartment community.
Responsibilities:
- Apartment turns, service requests and preventive maintenance
- Minor electrical, minor plumbing, hvac systems, general carpentry
- Ordering Supplies with approval
- Maintaining an organized shop
- Ownership of the physical condition and cleanliness of property
- Monitor Landscapers and other Vendors on property
- HVAC and CPO Certifications
-A strong work ethic and positive, energetic attitude is required

Pay: $28.00-32.00per hour dependent upon experience and qualifications. Plus Aggressive Monthly Bonus Structuere
