What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Setting and confirming appointments
- Dispatching sales and service calls
- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
- Following up with customers
- Coordinating schedules for field teams
- Assisting with administrative and office tasks
- Supporting both the Sales and Service departments
You will be the communication hub of the office.
What We’re Looking For
- Fully bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Strong phone experience (appointment setting, dispatch, inside sales, or customer service)
- Comfortable working in a structured office setting
- Organized and able to multitask efficiently
- Professional and reliable
- Positive attitude and coachable
- Looking for long-term employment and growth
Experience in dispatching or sales support is a plus, but strong communication skills and reliability are essential.
