Description:
- Perform weld related duties as assigned by team leader / supervisor.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- 1 year of weld experience: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to work independently or as a team member to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
- Must be proficient with both MIG and TIG welding processes. Proficiency with Laser welding a definite plus.
- Must be able to read drawings / blueprints and understand welding symbols.
- Computer familiarization / proficiency for time and quantity data entry.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Trade school / Vocational training degree or certification required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly. Ability to speak Spanish a definite plus.
