Position Summary
Fujiyama Steakhouse is looking for dependable and hardworking Dishwashers to join our team. Dishwashers play a vital role in keeping the kitchen running smoothly by maintaining clean dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment while supporting overall restaurant cleanliness.
No experience is necessary—we are happy to train motivated individuals who are ready to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized dish area
- Empty trash and assist with recycling duties
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors as needed
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
- Help maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen and back-of-house areas
- Support kitchen staff with basic cleaning and organizational tasks
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
